Is it safe?

I will speak from my own experience. I paid for additional Nubee tokens several times. As you can see in the screenshot above, I had 170 unused tokens left on my balance. It was in February of this year. I paid first via crypto (USDT), and the next time I used PayPal on a p2p platform. Both times, the process was quick, it took about 2-3 minutes. I liked P2P better because the prices there are half as low as through the site itself. P2p exchanges are controlled by Nubee, so sellers cannot cheat you.

I had another experience as a seller on P2P last year. I received about 800 tokens from referrals and decided to sell them on PayPal. After posting an ad, several buyers contacted me and took the extra tokens in two days.
